Eric Friedman, President/Secretary
Eric brings over 40 years of experience in community, economic development and real estate. As President and founder of Friedman Group, Ltd., Eric has provided commercial/industrial and workforce housing real estate services to businesses, not for profits, government and investors. Eric has founded, supported and facilitated numerous groups to benefit St. Louis including the People’s Free Clinic, the founding and building committee for Central Reform Congregation, founding and chairing Lift for Life Charter School, founding of and co-chairing St. Louis Transit Alliance, founding and chairing the Realtors Commercial Information Exchange (CIE) database, a founder and V.P of Coalition for Historic Preservation and Economic Development, responsible for the MO Historic Tax Credit and rebuilding downtown St. Louis, and a founder and co-chair of the St. Louis Transit Alliance, a coalition of organizations working to improve and promote public transportation.
Terry O’Bryant, VP/Treasurer
Terry brings significant workforce/affordable housing, tax credit and deal structuring experience to HCSI, with over 25 years of experience in public accounting and private development. In 1998, Terry founded Dublin Capital, a group that provides financial and development consulting services for developers, investors, and government entities. Terry’s expertise and knowledge in affordable housing was critical on the Winston Churchill Apartment Project and continues to be a major resource on projects like the Linden Apartments in Jefferson City.
